He posses a stunning vocal and song writing talent that has brought him a whole raft of fans many of whom have fallen in love with him via his self released debut album “The Last Green Bottle." Brighton is looking forward to this years Fringe Festival for the next exciting installment of 'A Night with Paul Diello and Friends' where he will once again be turning the stage into his living room and inviting a selection of musical guests in through his front door. They join him in an array of enchanting tunes from his album 'The Last Green Bottle' along with plenty of fresh material and a few covers thrown in for good measure. All this, not to mention the cup cakes conjured up in the interval, and Paul's highly entertaining 'living room' interview by Briggy Smale - tv/radio presenter, make for an exciting evening for the audience and performers alike. This is the kind of unique experience Brighton has come to expect from local singer/songwriter/pianist Paul Diello since his former long term relationship with acoustic duo 'Shiseido Red' came to an end in 2007 and he decided to go it alone... not alone for long though Paul's band of 'Friends' is steadily swelling and there are now six talented musicians who join him on stage in various configurations with their plethora of instruments and harmonies. Paul has enjoyed playing venues in some of the worlds most exciting cities including London, Paris and Sydney; and he loves his annual tour of intimate venues and festivals in Southern France. Some of Paul’s many memorable highlights have been, supporting 'Texas' to a crowd of over 5,000 up at the Castle for the Arundel Festival; along with last years appearance at The Big Chill Festival; after which his track 'Crime Scene' was selected for the Big Chill's Solaraid charity album (availabe now on ITunes) Paul also had a ball at his first foray into the Edinburgh Fringe Festival scene last August and he looks forward to another great summer of festivals and events this year.
